Ecommerce Manager – Thailand
Stanley, Black & Decker is looking for an Ecommerce Sales Manager. In this role, the candidate will lead the sales and operations of our country ecommerce business and find opportunities to increase our online market-share. The successful candidate should demonstrate a history of leadership and keen understanding of the local online market space.

Job Scope

  • Reporting to Channel Sales Manager of Thailand
  • The Ecommerce Sales Manager will take ownership of the country ecommerce program
  • Responsibility for the Ecommerce Channel P&L with Channel Sales Manager
  • Align with the Regional ecommerce strategy to develop and own the country Ecommerce sales operating plan
  • Plan the country ecommerce portfolio, pricing and promotions
  • Liaise with online marketplaces and ecommerce distributors to create a comprehensive sell-through and sell-out program
  • Oversight of end-to-end process to ensure ecommerce targets are met consistently
  • Oversight of ecommerce operations to ensure a high service and delivery quality to end-users
  • Weekly review of ecommerce sales and upcoming actions
  • Look for new opportunities to increase online sell-through and sell-out
  • Analyze sell-out data to better understand online shopper behavior and competitive landscape to secure channel strong position
  • Provides channel marketing, brand, product and management team competitive insights and recommendations.
  • Work with operations and supply chain team on forecasts and warehouse management

Qualifications And Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working with ecommerce marketplaces on promotion planning
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the local ecommerce landscape
  • College Degree in Business or Marketing
