Description
The eCommerce Assistant will manage existing product information, create new product listings, process order inquiries, process and publish products movements, and provide product support to the sales and customer service teams.
This position is full-time at our Canadian headquarters in Burlington, ON.
Essential Functions
- Manage new product listing creation
- Weekly ongoing maintenance and review of existing online catalog; updates content and image as needed
- Assist with troubleshooting site and order error
- Surface account issues to appropriate customer support department (create, monitor, and resolve support cases)
- Download and distribute weekly sales/inventory/customer review reports
- Assist with daily sales and operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year experience with eCommerce vendor platforms (Amazon Vendor Central/Walmart Item 360/Home Depot IDM/Syndigo)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
