Your Role and Responsibilities

- Plan, develop and lead in the formulation and implementation of a long-term penetration strategy for major clients to expand existing business and uncover new opportunities
- Drive and contribute in go-to-market pitch for key offerings from value proposition, solution formation and pricing through team work with supporting teams and departments
- Prepare sales forecasts, account status reports, and recommendations to enable account growth in both signings and revenue
- Manage and drive the deal closing through collaboration among various supporting departments to maximize customer satisfaction and realize revenue growth

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated successful consulting services or hands on implementation experience in the specific solution area (either as an external consultant or internal transformation leader)
- Strong subject matter knowledge or industry experience
- Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results
- Ability to formulate multi-party complex solutions according to client needs, and IBM service offerings
- Strong interpersonal/communication skill with both business and IT personnel, ability to build trusted relationships with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CHRO etc.
- Articulate confidently in client presentations including to C-Level executives
- Proactive and takes initiative to pick up new skill/knowledge
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance given specific direction
