Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver an effective and accurate capital request (equipment, facilities and Non MOR) to the executive teams for approval.
- Provide integrated capital plan and progress for execution to be approved by FLT
- Facilitate the business processes that enable the capital budgeting and the execution of the capital plan.
- Establish and ensure continual business process improvements
- Explore opportunities for CAPEX preservation and optimization for both equipment and facilities projects
- Participate in capital options, analysis and scenarios to achieve fiscal year budget targets.
- Keep abreast with continually changing business plans and roadmaps that affect tool requirements and tool disposition.
- Mentor for sites throughout the life cycle of equipments and facilities projects management
- Identify options unique to each situation and collaborate with groups to resolve issues and concerns
- Act as a responsive point of contact for information related to capital budgeting/funding and equipment reuse.
- Negotiate and defuse stressful situations to achieve optimal outcomes for Micron, in the context of capital budgeting/funding and equipment reuse.
- Keep abreast with continually changing business plans and roadmaps that affect tool requirements and tool disposition.
- Maintain knowledge of wafer process and traveler flows for new technologies as well as high level factory limitations, needed for a better decision making.
- Be competent in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Access etc.) and other common applications used within Micron (such as Tableau, Python) to communicate information, manage projects and perform related tasks.Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering fields or any other relevant experience
