Position Summary

The Executive, Visual Merchandising will be responsible for brand visualization, image and equity for the local market assigned. This role will also be responsible for adapting and designing Visual Merchandising concepts, which include planogramming, new launch displays, adhoc POP development and new store openings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop key programs including concepts, material research, final mechanicals and implementation guidelines
  • Responsible for the visual merchandising design and setup while working closely with the marketing team and wholesale account manager on setup and floor set
  • Perform store visits and provide guidance to retail teammates on visual concepts and brand direction
  • Partner with Store Design on the layout and function of new stores remodels and category initiatives, fixture packages and applicable department updates to elevate the store experience
  • Design counter visual merchandising to maximize product exposure and optimize sales potential
  • Ensure that the visual merchandising guidelines adhere to brand image and standards
  • Manage brand projects, product launches and store displays, with frequent store visits to upkeep maintenance
  • Work closely with store development and internal stakeholders to ensure complete, synergized and articulated store presentation
  • Providing guidance to retail teammates to maximize sales and visual impact through visual merchandising
  • Conduct market visits and attend relevant seminars to gather commercial insights and upcoming trends
  • Control the quality of the visual merchandising implementation through market visits and photo analysis

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Outgoing, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good sense of initiative, follow-up skills and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Trained background in Adobe suits ( Photoshop or Illustrator) and 3D programs (Sketch up) will be a plus point
  • Possesses a strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for design and details
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and strong problem-solving skills

Education And / Or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design and/or equivalent related field of education
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of Visual Merchandising related experience
