Position Summary
The job holder is responsible for providing Global Mobility services support to the expatriates.
Organizing the corporate events and takes care of benefits for employees.
Playing HR coordinator role to work with Employee Health Champion, Corporate Safety & Environment Manager and Security & Occupational Health Manager for Safety, security / Health & environment activities for HO & field forces
Position Description
- In charge of organizing the Corporate events
- Ensure all benefits administration with well plan
- Coordinate for expatriate Global Monility relocation services
- Promote the employee health
- Promote the employee engagement
- Other assigments as required
What Will Make You Successful
- University degree with at least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
- Good writing and spoken in English and Vietnamese
- MS Office and Design skill
- Communication skills/ interpersonal skills
- Basic Human Resources Management
