Job Purpose and Impact

The Facility Administration Manager will supervise our administrative and secretarial employees to ensure effective office support. We seek a professional who will coordinate multiple, less complex office and administrative processes related to customer requests, meeting coordination and logistics, security procedures, management of office inventory and mailroom or print services. In this role, you will set priorities for our team to complete tasks, coordinating work with other supervisors.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensuring EHS & FS compliance pertaining to administration
  • Responsible for general area maintainence
  • Participation in related meeting & inspection audit & observation closure
  • Time office functions, Attendance, Payroll inputs, ID Cards processing and Govt officials visit support
  • Canteen / Cafeteria Management, Staff Vehicle Management ,Security Control and management
  • Admin Vendor & Contract management
  • Event management – indoor & outdoor and Visitor management
  • Reponsible for Staff Vehicle Management & implementation of Vehicle safety policy
  • Management of a green environment and water recycling
  • General repair & maintenance in Office buildings
  • Liaison support with local administration
  • Collaborate with other functions in driving Corporate responsibility Program in surrounding areas in association with Corporate Affairs department

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master degree in related to Human resource or Idustrial relation
  • Minimum 10 years of directly related work experience
  • Plant experience in must
  • Well versed with Gujrati language written and spoken both

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five years of supervisory experience
