Job Description

The Field Marketer at Cialfo drives the marketing cycle in the assigned region – to create awareness, generate demand, accelerate engagement and increase enablement – by partnering with the assigned region business leadership and team.

You will play an integral role, working directly with regional leadership and the central marketing team to implement successful marketing programs that contribute to our business goals. Contributing to the overall strategy, you will also support the region through event execution, collateral design and copywriting.

This is a critical role that develops and executes marketing strategies based on the business strategies as developed and executed by the regional leadership and team – to acquire, develop, retain and renew customer lifetime value.


  • Develop, launch, and manage all components of regional focused events to acquire, develop, retain and renew clients.
  • Develop campaigns that
    • Create awareness by reaching prospective customers.
    • Generate demand by addressing opportunities with key accounts.
    • Accelerate engagement by building market communities.
    • Increase engagement by educating customers and partners.
  • Work with BDM team to execute outbound lead generation email campaigns.
    • Manage email deliveries, lead uploads, database hygiene, subscription management, and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Manage and support briefings of required collaterals, merchandise, etc.
  • Support the creation/adoption of global sales enablement tools to the region.
  • Work closely with the Central marketing team to manage the execution of global campaigns to the regional audience including social media execution.
  • Track and report on program KPIs to provide strategic campaign insights and recommendations.


  • You have a minimum of 5 years of meaningful experience in communication and/or marketing roles, working experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • You have a keen eye for design and writing skills.
  • You have strong organisational skills, detail-oriented.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
