Job Description

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan which supports the strategic growth priorities for the region in partnership with the Sales and Business Unit management teams driving solid focus on ROI, strengthening Rockwell Automation brand, and accelerating customer decision making/buying process.
  • Ensure and drive a digital first mindset in all tactics.
  • Define event and campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with Sales, and ensure these goals are met.
  • Define and execute on Public Relations (PR) and media activities for thought leadership promotion in the region strongly aligned with Asia Pacific and Global brand guidelines and corporate key messages.
  • Leverage channel partners to create and execute demand creation programs to drive new opportunities into the pipeline.
  • Work closely with Asia Pacific, Global and local teams to bring campaigns to life. Drive alignment and consistency of brand messaging through all programs, channels, and media.
  • Monitor and control implementation of the marketing plan and ensure adherence to budget (Opex & Capex). Perform ROI analysis on all online, offline campaigns and events.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the local Field marketing organization.
  • Build strong working relationships with 3rd party event organizers, channel partners, digital marketing agencies and media to identify relevant opportunities for driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Partner with wider AP marketing team to ensure alignment of initiatives which will drive meaningful business impact for the region.
  • Part of Asia Pacific Marketing leadership and be involved in key initiatives for Asia Pacific marketing team as defined.
