Background:

Lyra Health is looking for an experienced global psychology, wellness, diversity, benefits, or L&D consultant with experience tracking cross-cultural and regulatory differences on behalf of a US-headquartered client

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing patient content in English and identifying areas that are not appropriate in certain countries and/or have regulatory risk. This would include self-care wellness or mindfulness content, provider-assigned video lessons or quizzes around cognitive behavioral therapy concepts, intake and assessment for new mental health patients
  • Providing updates on health and wellness behaviors among France, Spain, Germany, and Latin American countries. MENA and APAC would be fast follows
  • Reviewing samples of content in select translated languages to ensure translation quality, as appropriate (and dependent on language fluency)

Desired Experience:

  • Have 5+ years of professional experience working in the mental health or benefits or diversity/inclusion professions
  • Bonus: former mental health professional
  • Working knowledge of federal laws across Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East regions pertaining to accessing services for mental health including depression, anxiety
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to synthesize information succinctly
  • Works well independently and meets deadlines

We anticipate this work to require approximately 5 hours per week through June 2022, with an estimated cap of 100 hrs, depending on number of regions covered. The majority of the work will be able to be done independently remotely/offline (i.e., around your own schedule), but we will plan to have check-in meetings every 1 or 2 weeks.
