Global Parts Planning & Supply Chain Manager

Reporting to the Global Spare Parts Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the right parts are delivered to the right location on time, to the quality required in the most cost effective and sustainable way including but not limited to:

– Building together with other functions and stakeholders an effective supply chain at global and market levels and identifying resources needed (HR, IT)

– Setting up a global parts distribution scheme encompassing warehousing, transportation and last mile delivery

– Establishing performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the supply chain in terms of efficiency, quality and cost

– Establishing policies to maximize the efficiency along the whole supply chain ensuring the best performance in quality, cost and delivery while proposing continual improvement

– Managing the performance of the whole supply chain stakeholders in cooperation with other departments: parts suppliers, logistics suppliers or internal suppliers

– Collaborating with service operations, purchasing and global supply chain to establish optimal demand forecasting, procurement and inventories management

– Developing and managing a critical and emergency order and delivery process for critical vehicle off road (VOR) cases

– Animating the parts supply chain teams at market level to ensure an end-to-end performance and coordination

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

– Minimum 10y experience in automobile service parts and supply chain

– Deep knowledge of spare parts supply chain encompassing demand planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation and delivery

– Experience in setting up a supply chain including the relation with 3rd party suppliers

– Knowledgeable about supply chain tools and analytics

– Customer focus with an obsession to track availability issues

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Capacity to work across a global organization with multiple cultures and functions

– Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; agile, fast, problem solver, building from the ground

– Positive attitude, team player, collaborator with strong sense of relationships
