About the Graduate Trainee Role:
In this role, you will be assisting in the company’s day-to-day operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks by assisting with day-to-day operations with the assigned business unit
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities with a guided schedule and learning modules
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members on day-to-day operations and tasks
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Top Management
- Fulfilling all requirements and goals that are set out at the start of the program
- Carry out any ad-hoc task assigned by superior
To succeed in this Graduate Trainee role, you must be a dynamic recent graduate with an eagerness to learn and grow.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration/Information Technology
- A recent graduate from a recognized university
- Candidates with less than 2 years of working experience within the chemical manufacturing industry can also be considered
- Self-starter, independent and able to work under minimal supervision
- Has creative problem solving & decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to quickly absorb professional knowledge, good in problem-solving
- Eagerness to take responsibility for complex processes
