  • Responsible for the Key Account Indonesia team as well as the progress and plans that will run
  • Responsible for the results of the Key Account team report periodically, either weekly, monthly, or yearly
  • Responsible for the sales results of the Key Account team against the targets that have been set
  • Responsible for the amount of margin and other marketing support in the Avoskin sales scheme
  • Build closeness and network with local business partnerships which will open up new Avoskin markets throughout Indonesia.
  • Create and monitor Avoskin sales strategy with the aim of increasing the frequency of purchases
  • Reviewing each sales activity with the results used to form best practice in future plans
  • Maintain a potential Key Account and ensure the agreed plan goes well
  • Develop sales reports from the Key Account team on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to the Sales Director
  • Work closely with the Key Account team to handle new leads

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as key account manager min. 3 years
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Have good analytical thinking skills.
  • Have good leadership skill and can manage a team.
