Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.

Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency



Develop and implement a range of HR programs relating to recruiting, learning compensation & benefits, staffing, goal/performance management, etc.

  • Drive Learning culture through learning initiatives (for both blue collar – DVC) and support learning for white collar NDVC
  • Primary responsibility for DVC learning
  • Identify competency gaps/needs and define plan to close the gaps, leveraging internal & external instructors/coach and country/regional resources:
    • Incl. DVC digital learning program by Jus
    • DVC career development program

  • Drive Employee engagement for all NDVC and DVC
  • Drive One voice survey, focused groups, action plan.
  • Run employee engagement/well-being programs, leveraging cross department resources.

  • Support/Follow through People campaigns as rolled out by Schneider Electric (eg. Goal setting, Competency review, Individual Development plan, Talent review, Global salary review, etc) for the assigned departments
  • Identify where new or updated policies and processes are required and implement accordingly.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching, counseling and development as needed.


  • Campaign completion timeliness and stakeholders’ feedbacks
  • Lead/Support other HR projects and programs as assigned/needed:
    • Eg. Diversity and Inclusion (Helena)
    • Eg. Retention program
    • Eg. Recognition program, etc.


  • Project success criteria, eg. completion and timely execution
  • Support other HR projects and programs as assigned/needed:
    • SPS journey for SEMV (after 2 months)
    • HR reporting, data analytics

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, English or other relating universities…

Working Experience:

Preferred at least 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or could be HR specialist/ other business background with strong interest in HRBP in complex organization

Strong Industrial And Employee Relationship Skills And Experience

Experience working with both white collar and blue collar workers

Proven ability to manage change.

Business Understanding:

Understanding of the manufacturing and engineering/ high tech industry

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and build networks

Energetic and resilient with proven influencing skills, be able to understand and meet the needs of stake holders

Passionate and strong drive to succeed
