Qualifications
Education:
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, English or other relating universities…
Working Experience:
Preferred at least 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or could be HR specialist/ other business background with strong interest in HRBP in complex organization
Strong Industrial And Employee Relationship Skills And Experience
Experience working with both white collar and blue collar workers
Proven ability to manage change.
Business Understanding:
Understanding of the manufacturing and engineering/ high tech industry
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and build networks
Energetic and resilient with proven influencing skills, be able to understand and meet the needs of stake holders
