Job Description

The Onboarding team is hiring. This team provides onboarding support during pre-hire and onboarding stages, assisting hires once they’ve accepted their offer and prior to starting with U.S. Bank. As part of this team, you’ll manage around 100 onboarding cases. You’ll track new hires during their pre-employment process and help ensure they can start on time. This role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, curiosity, research skills, resourcefulness, great customer service and communication.

About The Role

  • Manages case volume
  • Maintain assigned process and work instruction documentation for assigned areas or projects
  • Researches and resolves issues

Location: This role is located at U.S. Bank’s Minneapolis Plaza location. This role is hybrid, beginning June 1st, this team will be in the office on Wednesdays and remote the other days of the week. This scheduled could change depending on business needs. Schedule is first shift from 9:00am – 5:30pm CST. Hybrid role will work in the office weekly. Day of week and cadence will be determined by the business.

Basic Qualifications

  • Two-year college or post-secondary coursework in related field or applicable work experience
  • One to three years of experience in Human Resources or other applicable customer service role(s)

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Established vocabulary of general HR terminology (recruitment, payroll, benefits)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with personal information, compensation and benefit information
