Position Objective

The HR Executive is a positive engagement ambassador for HR Department and is responsible to assist the Human Resource Department in training and development, employee engagement, communications and partial HRBP role. This position acts to demonstrate professionalism and a strong customer service approach to provide the best HR service to stakeholders.


HR Executive reports directly to HR Assistant Manager, and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:

Training and Engagement

  • Drive annual Training and Engagement plan from training needs’ analysis, budget allocation and result evaluation.
  • Build and develop training hub, learning activities via online or offline training, set up internal course, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of learning programs
  • Plan and implement engagement activities that promote wellbeing and encourage the motivation and engagement of employees.
  • Take charge of the design, delivery and management of HR communications

Organisational Development

  • Plan and support the delivery of people practices including talent assessment, talent pipelines, performance management, culture development and employer branding.
  • Support to build organizational structure.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative organizational development solutions that can proceed succession planning, work force tracking and high-performance teams.
  • Provide support to build competency framework’s project.

HRBP support

  • Support HRBP in recruitment and expatriate-related issues for entire employment.
  • Actively take the role as an HR gatekeeper for Safeguarding compliance and issues by controlling and tracking systems, reports, and data.

Perform various administrative functions and other ad hoc activities as required.

Position Requirement

  • University degree with at least 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Excellent oral and written skills in Vietnamese & English
  • Good at MS Office & presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Superior follow up, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Open-minded with the ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to design simple newsletter, video, ppt., etc.
