Your Role:

HR

  • Overseeing a full scope of HR activities, including compensation & benefits, organization effectiveness and people development, performance management system, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Work with management team and line managers to execute company direction with HR activities and programs
  • Working closely with management to improve HR policies, employee relations, engagement, retention and performance
  • Handling organization structures, probation monitoring duties and evaluations
  • Providing HR analysis of business unit performance, strategies and capital expenditure proposals
  • Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters
  • Responsible for visa and work permit
  • Any other task or ad-hoc assignment as assigned

General Affairs

  • Responsible for facility and building management
  • Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operational support
  • Greet visitors and coordinate on requirements
  • Responsible for inventory of all stationary, office supplies, uniforms and consumable materials and take charge of the ordering these items
  • Asset management – office equipment and furniture
  • Organizing conference room scheduling and equipment
  • Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Liaising with external suppliers i.e. building service contractors
  • Manage office maid’s operation and messengers both for schedules and support business needs
  • Other administrative, projects or tasks as assigned

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administrative or related disciplines
  • 4 years’ experience in similar role and similar environment/related field, MNC business preferably within a matrix structure
  • Good command of English – both spoken and written
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative and self-initiative, sense of prioritization & urgency amidst multiple and shifting demands
  • Customer oriented, problem solving, attention to details, result-oriented
  • Growth mindset
