Job Description

  1. Together with HR Director to propose and execute yearly HR Operational plan based on HR Strategy.
  2. Propose annual HR planning for managed businesses which are aligned with HR Department plan.
  3. Support and guide, when needed, business partner to set qualified Performance Bonus Objectives and make sure performance review process are implemented properly in accordance with the Group and Company timeline.
  4. Ensure HR SOPs are implemented in a proper way.
  5. Be a member of the local HR BP team to drive the local talent attraction & management, talent development and employee engagement.
  6. Make sure Development Review is implemented with qualified result and timely as group timeline.
  7. Make sure talent development plan (IPD) is executed and followed closely. Propose action, if needed, when talents are losing motivating and see the risk of losing them.
  8. Partner with the internal CoE for L&D as well as Total Rewards to enhance and develop HR policies and processes based on best demonstrated practices to continuously improve the employee experience.
  9. Execute and follow training & development activities of managed partner: organize training course, evaluation, follow up post-training.
  10. Support business partner in setting qualified Performance Bonus Objective and conduct the qualified review/appraisal in accordance with the Group and Company timeline.
  11. Ensure employee changes are updated correctly and timely for monthly salary calculation.
  12. Collaborate with Business Service Center to ensure employee information is updated correctly in systems.
  13. Ensure effective employee communication.
  14. Develop and maintain positive employee and industrial relations.
  15. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive the workforce effectiveness and support the business growth.
  16. Maintain updated organization charts of Partnered Departments.
  17. Ensure proper job descriptions for all employees in Partnered Departments.
  18. Play a role of L&D role for Operating Country.
  19. Work closely with Group CoE & Group Talent Develop for proposing and executing annual training activities.
  20. To drive and develop safety behaviour and culture across Schindler Vietnam in accordance with Safety Management System, legal requirements, Schindler Global safety Fundamental and Initiatives.
  21. To report all Unsafe Event and Incidents according to Schindler Safe Working Procedure (SOP) and legal requirements.
  22. To lead by example and be safety role model in responsible areas and/or Team.
  23. To ensure fulfill all defined safety target and site safety execution (if any).
  24. To ensure that all job-related activities and behaviours are in compliance with the Group CoC guidelines and in accordance with the local laws.
  25. To actively report any violation or potential violation to the Management.
  26. Other tasks will be assigned by HR Director

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Provide functional service to business partner, manage projects as functionally focused, and improve efficiency of specific processes.
  • Strong consultative relationship building with Head of Partnered Departments.
  • Ability to establish credibility with diverse personalities; tactful, mature and flexible.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to provide hands-on support.
  • Collaborative and pro-active approach, team player and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with the Vietnam labor code and regulations.
  • Good at problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken in English language.
