Position Summary:
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting Trinity’s Human Resources Information Systems including, Paycom, Sharepoint, and TalentQuest. This person will be responsible for maintaining back-end configuration, running reports & data imports/exports, overseeing communication between all systems, and overall ensuring data is accurate and up to date in all systems. This person will also identify gaps and opportunities for upgrading HR systems based on new technology and trends with an eye for efficiency and accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with HR leaders and other stakeholders to determine HR technology needs
· Create user accounts, manage access, and update employee information
· Perform system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
· Develop, implement, and maintain new processes and systems for efficient HR management
· Optimize HRIS processes, maintain databases, analyze data
· Conduct frequent audits ensuring all systems are functioning appropriately and accurately
Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR role
· HRIS experience is a must
· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail & communication skills
· Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
· Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
