Founded by two MIT graduates, and headquartered in Boston USA, we offer a precision 3D body scanning mobile app and technology platform that enables brands to seamlessly offer their customers a personalized shopping experience, either through suggesting the best fitting apparel/footwear, or offering custom-fit products.   • Conduct reference checks on candidates at the offer stage
  • Promptly process applications on Applicant Tracking System, coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Assist with talent sourcing for high-priority job openings
  • Support campus recruit events including career fairs and company talks
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding
  • Draft social media company branding post contents
  • Support and facilitate a wide range of employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Facilitate company-wide team knowledge sharing sessions
  • Offer suggestions to help improve HR practices that are feasible and aligned with business needs.
  • Support and gain exposure to other HR functions like Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development based on student’s interests and team’s needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or relevant courses.
  • Graduated candidates from Human Resources or relevant courses and/or with prior experiences are also welcomed
  • Able to commit for at least 5-6 months from July to December 2022
