what you will be doing:

  1. create and implement new systems in the way we hire, retain and grow
  2. Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  3. Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership and regular hiring
  4. Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  5. Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
  6. Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles

what is needed for this position:

  • must have a high level of curiousity
  • Proven track record at managerial level for Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in delivering best in class candidate experience
  • Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and reporting applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Proven experience of automating and improving all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • A strategic and innovative thinker with personable personality
