  6. Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars
  7. Attend company functions and networking events
  8. Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks


  1. High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
  2. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  3. Must be 18 years of age
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
