To this end, we are seeking an experienced Junior B2B Marketing Specialist who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

What you will do

Reporting to Marketing Manager, the Junior B2B Marketing Specialist will contribute to the implementation of content strategy to elevate brand purpose and presence within the video games industry. The candidate will get involved in campaign execution, media production, digital storytelling, and customer relationship management. If you are a creative thinker who happens to be familiar with all things digital, with this position, you will gain experience not only in B2B Marketing, but also in one of the most exciting industries of today.

Job descriptions

Work within a global marketing team across Virtuos studios to:

  • Implement digital media campaigns for employer branding and recruitment in Vietnam market under the brand of Sparx*;
  • Plan and execute local branding projects and events;
  • Manage content and implement SEO tactics for Virtuos and its members studios’ business websites;
  • Coordinate and support content production in both English and Vietnamese (e.g. website, blogs, news articles, newsletters, press releases) for both external and internal audience;
  • Coordinate and support the creation of B2B sale materials (e.g. company deck, reel, portfolio, case study);
  • Stay up-to-date with the digital entertainment world (games and movies) for industry news, trends, initiatives, and market intelligence;
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency;
  • Conduct monthly marketing performance reports and other B2B marketing administrative duties.

Who we look for

We are seeking a person who is interested in taking B2B MarCom and Employer Branding challenges and can demonstrate:

  • Passion for the video games industry;
  • Understanding of digital, social, and search marketing;
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get work done;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to support a global team across time zones;
  • Hands-on approach and demonstrated a test-and-learn attitude;
  • High-level of attention to details and accuracy;
  • Excellent written English and Vietnamese, and ability to write high-quality copy.


  • University degree in marketing, business or commerce;
  • Experience in digital content creation, even if not professional;
  • Familiarity with social media strategies and social media administration;
  • Familiarity with website content management on WordPress and SEO;
  • Efficient Microsoft Office skills;
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, take direction and absorb information quickly;
  • Experience in website content management on WordPress is an advantage.
