Summary
The Learning and Development Manager will work cross-functionally with our Head Office, HR Department and Commercial Functions on defining the regional learning and development strategy, drive and support implementation of L&D best practice, tools, and processes and act as Talent Consultant and Coach as needed.
What will you do?
• Develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy for the region working cross-functionally with both HR teams and commercial teams
• Partner with key stakeholders on talent strategies to meet business objectives, and design and deliver courses and workshops as needed
• Oversee all planning, budgeting, logistics, content delivery and vendor management
• Execute training plans for all departments that support Talent Development objectives
• Design and implement training curriculum, programmes, workshops, eLearning modules, courses as required
• Contribute to effective training management by being the main Key User for SuccessFactors LMS
• Communicate and engage training offering and resources to stakeholders and create collateral to promote, attract and communicate HR projects and objectives
• Deliver and manage the full cycle of new hire onboarding programmes and content development
• Use data and business acumen to provide insights that contribute to overall Talent strategy
What will you need?
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in L&D/Talent Development programmes, tools and processes, training delivery and instructional design, preferably within retail
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication and ability to facilitate and deliver training to audiences at all levels
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant discipline
• Coaching credentials and experience is preferable
• Excellent stakeholder management, passionate in people development, creative and demonstrated business acumen
• Familiarity of current effective learning and development methods, best practices and adult learning theories
• Experience in setting up and supporting implementation of strategies and driving results within HR function
• HR/Talent Development/Training credentials by internationally reputable organisation is desirable
• Accreditation in psychometrics is desirable preferably but not limited to Birkman, Hogan, DiSC
• Strong programme management, organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, WebEx Training, MS Teams, LinkedIn Learning, eLearning authoring tools
• Experience implementing a Learning Management System and acting as Key User for LMS
• Data analytics experience is highly desirable
