Primary Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure and Operations Portfolio management ensuring essential operations components, such as services, processes, hardware/software, contracts, resourcing are effectively documented, visible to management and continuously monitored to manage costs, expectations avoid failures and drive optimizations.
- Leads cross functional programs and projects and serves as a liaison between I&O Leadership and key stakeholders.
- Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the program or project; ensures smooth execution and delivery.
- Develops, manages, and reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares reports for I&O leadership
- Leads key project activities (Meetings, budgets, risks, mitigation, communications, reporting).
- Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet cost, quality, timing and delivery objectives
- Develops appropriate tools to monitor project progress and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders
- Project support activity may include development, management and maintenance of the operational documents and data requirements for the project portfolio management
- Develops and executes the process for the formulation and submission of the global I&O CAPEX and OPEX budgets working closely with I&O leaders, Finance and TAM/SVMO stakeholders.
- Demand Management – Strategic proposals, prioritization, budget tracking and submissions to demand board.
- Management of global I&O budgets including reviews, reporting and ongoing liaison with Finance stakeholders and I&O leadership
- Vendor SOW, Budget, Invoice/billing review/escalations/approval-management, Performance escalations/assessment and SLA reviews.
- Oversight of staff either directly and/or matrix environment.
- Ensure effective and efficient service delivery and project delivery to internal customers and/or partners.
- Work with I&O Leadership to document, review and implement cost optimisation opportunities identified as part of our continuous improvement programs.
- Work closely with I&O frontline leadership to provide support and advice to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Requires expert mastery of principles and practices of area of specialty
- Assumes role of program/process owner setting the strategy & protocol for program(s)/process(s)
