The New Leaders is looking for a Full-time Leadership Coach & Consultant to join us in the mission to help the new generation of leaders in Vietnam inspire, lead teams more effectively, and make positive impacts on the business & community.
ABOUT THE NEW LEADERS
The New Leaders, formerly known as a project sponsored by the Vietnam Education Foundation, the US Embassy and Clinked.org Japan in 2018, is an educational organization to bring emotional intelligence leadership training from Harvard Kennedy School to Vietnam, with the mission to help the new generation of leaders in Vietnam inspire, lead teams more effectively, and make a positive impact on the community.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
As the Leadership Coach & Consultant at The New Leaders, you’ll be a coach & consultant for Leadership training and a content developer to develop creative and engaging content for various purposes to promote The New Leaders’ presence, programs and development.

Requirements:
● At least 3 years of working experience
● Experience in leader & manager positions is a plus
● Incredible listening & coaching skills
● Experience in professional coaching is strongly preferred
● Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
● Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), strong & effective presentation skills and interpersonal skills
● Creativity and the ability to develop original content
● Excellent writing and editing skills (English and Vietnamese)
● Strong research, collaboration and time management skills
