We are looking for Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst to join our People Team. As L & D Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining an overall learning & development system and process to promote learning environment and culture for the whole company.

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
Manage all process in employee upgrading program
Create and execute company-wide training program
Collaborate with all head/VP in create and implement IDP/PIP in each divisions
Help employee to make the most of learning opportunities
Maintain relationships with external vendors
Drive the implementation of learning & development strategies across the company
What You’ll Need
Proven work experience in Learning & Development with 2+ years
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Individual Development Plan/Performance Improvement Plan
Possess good understanding of effective learning and development methods
Have excellent communication and negotiation skill abilities
Highly proficient in using MS. Excel and Google Spreadsheet
Excellent in written and verbal communication in English
Preferably someone who has experience in a VUCA environment/start-up
