WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for exceptional people who are excited to join a rapidly growing organization, are compelled by our mission, and who have diverse backgrounds and experiences. • You bring a proven history of results. You have supported students in their academic and professional pursuits.
  • You can speak to the role you played and the strategies and actions employed to achieve strong, goal-oriented outcomes through data-driven mentorship.
  • You love to develop students and student cohorts to get the best results. You see yourself as a coach and are invested in the growth and development of your team.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with a documented track record of success with a preference for candidates with management or leadership experience with diverse populations
