Market Research Executive

[HCM] RESEARCH ANALYST

We are Coteccons, the biggest construction company in Vietnam. We are looking for an enthusiastic and persistent Research Analyst to research and analyze new investment opportunities.

YOUR MISSION

Market/ Industry research to analyze in general whether a market/ industry is potential for the company to invest in.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

1. Find related information and data of the market/ industry that the company is interested to invest in. Analyze and synthesize the information, make reports and present to the investment team for future investment decisions.

Information and data include market/ industry overview, insights, growth and trend; competitors; customer behavior, demand and insights; regulations; experts in that field…

– Desktop research: Research through public reports, news, analysis…

– Field research: Go out of office to observe the venues related to the projects, interview experts at the venues or target customers.

– Expert research: Find experts in the market / industry related to the projects, connect with them to get more information and insights, maintain good relationships, and cooperate with them as consultants or referrers for future recruitment.

– Purchase research: Purchase reports from reliable sources like McKinsey, Mordor Intelligence, Finn Group… if the above 3 ways are not sufficient.

2. Recruit talents for approved projects

Continuously find experts in the market/ industry related to the projects, via internal network, experts network and recruitment platform (LinkedIn), and keep in touch with them for future recruitment. If a project is approved after the research stage, start the recruitment process with the appropriate experts.

WHO YOU ARE

At least 1 year of working experience in research, investment, stock related fields. Experienced in market/ industry research as mentioned above is a plus.

Must have general knowledge of Vietnam market. Knowledge in finance, investment, construction, real estate, energy is a plus.

Must be fluent in English.

Excellent searching, organizational and analytical skills.

Good presentation slides creation and presentation skills.

Fast learning, flexible, enthusiastic and ready to go to the ground.

Basic salary: 15 mil VND/month
