What You Will Achieve
Internally known as the Marketing Associate, your strong communication and collaboration skills will help Pfizer’s Marketing team to run its operations efficiently. You will focus primarily on supporting Marketing and Sales teams by providing administrative support activities and coordinates services either internally or through an outsourced service. You will also be responsible for managing records and files, verifying data, responding to queries and scheduling meetings. You will be the key point of contact for administrative activities and execution.
As part of the administrative support team, you are the social glue binding the team together to break down silos and you are recognized as the operational go-to expert due to your executional efficiency and ability to connect within a large organisation. You exhibit a positive attitude in the face of change and are willing to challenge the norm to build a more effective solution. You encourage collaboration and communication within the team and across groups to influence desired outcomes. You train or coach your team members in your area of expertise all of which helps us achieve our collective goal of creating breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.
How You Will Achieve It
- Building working relationships with Commercial Managers, the Hospital Sales Team and Enabling functions.
- End to end coordination and implementation of projects, internal and external meetings, including engagements with healthcare professionals
- Managing our vendors whilst safeguarding our financial goals and preserving our integrity
- Managing Marketing promotional and Sales aid material
- Coordinating travel requirements
- Adhoc duties within the Hospital Business Unit
Qualifications
Must-Have
- MS Office Suite including Teams
- Experience as a team coordinator, administrative assistant or office administration
- Proven ability to juggle conflicting priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- An understanding of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct is preferred but not essential
- Digital experience in publishing internal and external communication
