Tinkerlust is a fashion e-commerce company that is committed to providing women the best selection of affordable fashion choices. We’re looking for an energetic individual to lead our marketing efforts. This position is responsible to develop and implement strategic plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones. He/she will create monthly campaigns based on agreed KPIs and will be in charge of all marketing channels including offline and online campaigns, partnerships and media. Additionally, this position must focus on developing Tinkerlust’s profit and loss performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.

Job Description:

  • Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for the company and for new or existing products/services to increase the value, performance, branding and image.
  • Manage customer acquisition cost with clear understanding of drivers in order to scale marketing
  • Set Objectives Key Results of the marketing division for the next 3 months, identifying short-term/long-term issues that must be addressed, setting new effective and efficient strategies and course of actions, and implementing directives
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns and content to increase awareness of Tinkerlust’s potential segment
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing strategy and collaborate with team to accomplish related results as needed and ensure marketing effectiveness
  • Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees & interns
  • Create new strategies to acquire new featured sellers on board and boost website session
  • Data driven marketing plans which encompass digital and offline marketing for various goals.

Events & Partnership

  • Monitor and manage event budgets
  • In charge of development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
  • Sets, communicates, maintains timelines and priorities to team members, division and parties involved
  • Contact, conduct meetings and negotiate with international and local brands, draw up MOU and partnership agreements and secure these agreements
  • Create report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/events using predetermined KPIs and provide necessary recommendations for future campaigns/events

Community & Influencer

  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Maintain relationship with premium influencers
  • Create new strategies to acquire new featured sellers on board and boost website session
  • Leverage or build relationship with the industry stakeholders in the fashion industry
  • Manage public relations and communications to improve Tinkerlust’s brand equity

Business Development

  • Identify, establish, and grow local strategic partnerships
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales target
  • Keep up with the current trend of new business opportunities
  • Exploring, identifying, and evaluating partnership opportunities to increase sales
  • Generate new business opportunities through Tinkerlust various assets and channels

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements :

  • At least 4 years of experience working in Marketing/ Business Development
  • Minimum 2 years experience in leading Marketing team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Discipline
  • Deep passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and fashion
  • Hustler and able to drive company growth
  • Understand startup scaling and able to identify pain points in growth efforts
  • Able to quickly come up with and execute on growth hypotheses
  • Strong critical thinking skills and creativity
  • Have attention to details, good presentation skills, an ability to create a pitch deck and a good negotiation skill
  • Have a good understanding of media partnership landscape and business opportunity in Indonesia and best practices within the women industry
  • Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage
