Marketing Communications Specialist


Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Communications Specialist (Open to Remote) will coordinate the development of marketing communications materials to effectively represent the organization’s products, services, brands and the organization to customers and prospects. In this role, you will create moderately complex visual solutions to communicate information about the organization’s products or services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute and coordinate medium-scale, multi-channel marketing communications and promotion efforts.
  • Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
  • Help design, develop and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies to support the organization’s products, services or market sector.
  • Use general knowledge to create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint and similar visual impressions.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with digital marketing.
