  • Supporting and encouraging design qualifications, proposals, and presentation efforts.
  • Championing corporate marketing information such as resumes, graphics, project descriptions, and references.
  • Building and tracking relationships with subconsultants for proposals and qualifications.
  • Preparing, producing, and participating in marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and produce collateral.
  • Research and capture campaigns for marketing purposes.
  • Schedule meetings for client champions.
  • Participate in corporate events.
  • Work with studio teams on Go/No Go decisions.
  • Involvement in industry organizations.
  • Assisting with marketing and client management.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses 3+ years marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of education in related field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite 3.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adjust schedule as necessary to complete deadlines.
