The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research, especially in CAMERA category to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
- WORKSHOP/EVENT
• Take key roles in creating and executing customer engagement activity
• Create workshop contents with internal groups as well as with photographer (KOL) / camera dealer
• Event management
2. PLANNING AND REPORTING
• Communicate product strategy/workshop content with internal groups as well as with photographer (KOL) / camera dealer
• Planning and following up with relevant departments
• Keep all reports and data related to workshop activities
3. CONTENTS CREATION
• Prepare and execution follow-up for Product POSM (Catalog, New product POSM, Promotion POSM) with the brand activation team
• Workshop content with internal groups as well as with photographer (KOL) / camera dealer
4. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Weekly PDCA follow-up with related departments (mainly within DIMK and sales department)
• Prepare and execution follow-up for Product POSM (Catalog, New product POSM, Promotion POSM) with the brand activation team
5. PRODUCT HANDLING
• Product sample management
Other tasks as required by the line manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Have knowledge of CAMERA technology or related products
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
- Excellent planning, organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Have knowledge/interest of digital imaging technology or related products, and careful handling of the products
