Job Purpose

  • To grow the eCommerce marketplace business across the region.
  • Accountability for day to day eCommerce marketplace operations and marketing execution for the portfolio brands.

Job Role (Duties & Responsibilities)

Project management and coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms.

  • Liaise with eCommerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the internal / cross business unit teams to ensure efficient and effective execution, leveraging support resources and standard operating procedures to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience.
  • Manages brand owners / principals by providing visibility of the business and work towards brand objective.

Channel and Content Management.

  • Responsible for the creation of quality content on the site that helps customers to make a purchasing decision.
  • Plan, prepare and updating promotions and assortments (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc).
  • Manages inventory to ensure stock availability and stock balancing between online and offline according to running campaigns / promotions.

Campaign Management

  • Conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces.
  • Conduct competitive price checks across other online stores to help in improving promotions.

Order Management

  • Ensuring smooth fulfillment process from order picking to return and exchange.

Customer Service Management

  • Respond to customers and root-cause investigation, providing status updates and follow-through on corrective actions or give solutions.

Analyze and prepare timely reports for all respective units.

Ensure the standardization of brand across marketplace.

  • Understand basic of digital marketing.
  • Design skills is a plus (Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign; photography; videography).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, e-commerce or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing stores in the marketplace, Baby Products and/or retail would be a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
