Operation Manager

Background

To meet the need of team development, we are looking for a Operation Manager in Hanoi, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will help to manage our in-house translation team including Project Managers and translators, and monitor their daily activities. S/he would also work closely with Singapore and China team regarding project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with translation teams to ensure all the projects run smoothly
• Implement team training plan and evaluate employees’ performance
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
• Maintain clients’ relationship and seek for opportunities of business development.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to meet clients’ needs and grow business

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3+ years in translation project management, 1+ year in team management
• Self-starter, problem solver and resourceful
• Good English speaking and writing, speaking Chinese is a plus
