ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Operations Specialist is assigned to perform all the practical operations related to the setup, verification/import of data, creation/deletion/authorization of users and database related actions. This is an entry level position with a career development inside the Operations team at Wonderflow.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep working time monitored and produce balance sheet for the Operations Manager;
  • Perform operations in compliance with ISO and Company Security requirements;
  • Participate to internal alignment meetings organized by the Operations Manager to learn about new procedures, bugs, customers etc.;
  • Perform tasks needed to ensure a successful delivery (creation/deletion of users, import and consistency check of CSV files, Database setups, launch Pipelines etc.);
  • Align with the Operations Manager to keep the company’s procedures updated, and help in constantly verifying its correctness and last update;
  • Actively participate and contribute to the organization of the team, to constantly improve activities and processes.
  • Manage and deliver professional services to our customers
  • Onboard new customers by providing expertise around project configuration and implementation
  • Track project configurations to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget.
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and document steps for our technical teams.
  • Collaborate with technical, cross-functional professional services teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Educational path focused on Management with IT acumen
  • Previous experience in Help Desks or IT departments will be a plus
  • Previous experiences with Jenkins, Atlassian, Airtable and Trello will be highly valued
  • Fast learner and willing to improve the efficiency of his/her tasks
  • Ability to identify and notify problems, as well as submitting solutions within his/her own competencies
  • Highly motivated person with a passion for collaborating with others to achieve the results, and who can motivate others to do the same to improve the organization
  • Teamwork enthusiast, open-minded, proactive and able to work accordingly to processes
  • Precise, detail oriented and multitasking
  • Consolidated knowledge of Google Spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – both in Italian and English – detail- oriented and capable of explaining and writing about complex matters in simple words
