General Responsibilities

To be commercial responsibility within his/her relation towards the team leader
To issue and monitor transportation documents, collect documents for dispatching and delivering of airfreight shipments
To perform electronic data processing
To file business cases
To get knowledge of & implement the standard operation procedures/guidelines and system like FM3k, Cargo Wise One and S.P.O.T.
To share knowledge of loadability in aircraft and of ULD (Unit Load Device)

Export Operations Responsibilities

To handle daily business cases in the area of air cargo export shipments and delivery of shipments in accordance with the procedures for dispatching and delivering
To prepare freight invoice, hawb, cargo manifest, mawb for cargo dispatching and sending pre-alert to agents, overseas offices on timely manner
To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
