The team you’ll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

Mission/Purpose of role

As an Inside Sales Representative for Nokia Enterprise Partner Sales, you will work across an unattended Partner account base to generate leads and convert these into business, you will desk base account manage some of the Partners you recruit, with some progressing to full Partner Sales Manager coverage.

  • Build business by generating interest and leads across the unattended partner account base.
  • Recruit interested partners onto the Nokia Enterprise Global Partner Program

Main Responsibility Areas

  • Define and execute the Partner sales activity plan for your territory
  • Manage day-to-day sales and partner development activities across your territory / assigned partner base
  • Manage all executive sponsorship into your assigned partners
  • Build a sales pipeline using a mix of outbound calling and email to qualified marketing leads
  • Maintain and develop the metrics for Inside sales and execute a disciplined reporting and inspection process

Key Interfaces

Market Leaders, Customer Experience Leaders, Digital Industries, Partner Regional Leaders, Partner Leadership, Enterprise, and Customer Experience Marketing.

Your Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Ambition to excel in channels or strategic alliance/partner management
  • Capacity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
  • Some Knowledge of verticals and general enterprise market (competition, solutions, telecom / IT needs).
  • Great communicator, relationship builder, collaborator, and negotiator
  • Some understanding of the Nokia business, customers and portfolio
  • Commitment to results and can-do attitude
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflict
  • Strong ethics and integrity
  • Fluency in both Korean and English languages

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Strong confidence in reading understanding corporate, business and project financials and as well as contractual terms and conditions
  • Knowledge of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) market as well as the Enterprise and Webscale market
  • Strategic Acumen
  • Effective communication style, open mind, collaborative approach
  • Critical thinking and ability to change methodologies/approaches to achieve results
  • Ability to create and maintain a network of contacts

Person Specification:

  • Proven inside sales experience would be ideal
  • You are great at Prospecting and identify key decision makers within the targeted accounts.
  • You will be a self-starter with a passion for making a difference and striving to move the business forward
  • Creative individual that can easily identify potential and growth opportunities that others might miss.
  • Work collaboratively with regional Partners, selling into their customer base. Flexing your creative muscles and exploring new challenges and opportunities
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and will be a team player.
  • Thrive in a challenging ecosystem and lifelong learner who possess a strong desire to achieve.
  • Confident and High energy individual
  • Able to break down barriers and proactive in making things happen
  • Great communicator and able to manage multiple activities at the same time
