The Partnerships Executive role can have any of the following responsibilities as part of their portfolio at any time in employment, in accordance to the organisation’s need and the incumbent’s suitability. The executive is not expected to perform all the responsibilities at the same time.

  • To secure partnerships within sector(s) to achieve the charities donor recruitment and public education objectives.
  • To assist with swab processing and recruitment operations
  • To execute direct communication strategy for the donor recruitment team to marrow donors, pledgers, ambassadors, partners etc.
  • To execute volunteer programme

Job Responsibilities


  • To secure and coordinate partnerships / recruitment strategies within assigned sector(s) to achieve the charities donor recruitment and public education objectives
  • To build rapport with partners to align them with the organization’s mission/cause and achieve a long-term sustainable relationship.
  • To ensure assigned recruitment activities project and event operations are well organized and executed according to plan ie manpower, A/V systems, logistics etc
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and propose solutions.
  • To support as manpower in recruitment drives and roadshows when required
  • To conduct donor recruitment training for staff and volunteers ensuring that all member of the charity involved in recruitment are affluent in donor recruitment.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of ambassadors and oversee the smooth running of the ambassador programme.
  • To review the ambassador programme and conduct data analytics to propose improvements in programme
  • To complete the sign-up process for physical and online sign-ups with postal kits mailing; follow ups and shipment of swabs to lab.
  • To manage and assist in register clean up and recommitment exercises


  • To copywrite, coordinate and execute communications plan and manage coordination and troubleshooting on communication platform with vendors.
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of outreach & communication strategies and propose solutions.


  • To ensure adherence to departments policy and procedures to be in compliance with BMDP’s organizational policies and in adherence to the requirements of regulating bodies such as WMDA, PDPA, Charity Act etc.

  • For Diploma holders, minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
  • For Degree holders, fresh graduates are welcome
