Crown Melbourne is currently recruiting for a talented People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic and successful People & Culture team. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager (PCM) of Gaming, this position is responsible for the provision of people and culture advice and services to support the achievement of key business objectives within the Gaming portfolio.

This role will support a portfolio within the Gaming business unit, and you will support a highly regarded team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• • Demonstrated experience in a HR role supporting businesses with the development of contemporary HR processes; including performance management, career planning, grievance resolution disciplinary procedures, conduct and counselling, performance management, training and development, employee and industrial relations
  • The ability to cultivate strong working relationships, demonstrate professionalism and build trust amongst diverse groups of people
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and satisfy internal and external stakeholder needs
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of Human Resource legislative and statutory requirements and principles
  • You must be fully vaccinated or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
