People Experience Manager helps design and deliver the people centric culture, environment and growth space for the team. Empathetic and dynamic, the role plays an important role in connecting the team together. A problem solver, we are looking for someone who is sharp, responsive, and thinks on their feet to solve any rising challenges the projects or team require.  The role also helps fuel the design process by exploring and utilizing all HR technology, tools/assets to increase the satisfaction of the people experience.

Candidates with a background in human resources, people development, learning and development are suitable for the role. A big plus for those who are familiar with digital collaboration tools, Design Thinking, Human Centered Design. A mindset of openness and willingness to grow and try new things are also welcome.

People Experience

Represent Doodle to approach, recruit the right talent and build employer’s branding in the community

Continue to design and improve the people’s experience journey to bring in new HR Tech tools to increase people’s satisfaction and efficiency.

Plan, and onboard new people with stimulating, engaging programs.

Design the kind of culture that fits with today’s environment, company’s values, and team’s diversity

Design handbook and guide to bring alignment, measurements, and efficiency to the team.

People Growth

Design the talent’s development plan including skill development, rotation, growth/promotion plan

Source, create and design continued training program to stay updated and relevant with the changes of the industry we are in.

Run regular employee discovery session with the team to find out needs, goals, and where the gaps are to provide growth opportunities

Design team’s key results area and ways to measure and evaluate performance

Together with the management team, design compensation, bonus schemes that reflect business performance and competitiveness as well as market benchmark

Executive Assistance

Work closely with management team to provide executive assistance in tasks, assignments, projects

Plan, organize, prioritize schedulings, activities,  meetings

Support with other logistics support needed for workshoppings and events

Skillset:

At least 3-5 years working experience. Willing to travel. Flexible with work hours.
