Role Description

Homage is looking for a passionate People Specialist aligned with its mission to transform the way people access caregiving and health services and improve their lives through technology-enabled healthcare solutions. You will represent the company in hiring key talents across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles within the company
• Training internal hiring managers on recruitment in general as well as managing expectations
• Report on hiring KPI’s on a weekly basis to key stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert on all things talent related, from compensation, competitive landscape to engagement strategies
• Take on non-recruitment work within the People Operations team from time to time
• Reports directly to the People & Culture Lead

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in recruitment preferred, fresh grads are welcome
• Must be able to manage end to end recruitment cycle with minimal supervision
• Able to understand and communicate complex compensation models
• Strong communicator and process driven
• Start up experience a plus
