We are looking for experienced performance marketing manager.
This role will be working directly under CMO and will have several work streams to manage with 15+ team of full time marketers working under your supervision.
1. Digital Marketing
2. Marketing Intelligence
3. Product Marketing
4. CRM
You are expected to;
– Able to strategize and manage the whole paid digital marketing channel of Sekolah.mu group
– Monitor and optimized paid digital marketing channel from Facebook, Tiktok, and GDN
– Build organic SEO strategy and execute it with the team in a long run
– Map out potential user journey from ads to landing page and assist product team to build workaround MVP for new products
– Build landing page with internal or external resource
– Handle in-app notifications, email blasts and other tools to reach out customers such as Whatsapp Blast
– Support Business Unit and Growth team to provide demand sizing for new business using internal and external resources
Team Dynamics:
– You will be working with 2 other marketing sub function; Branding and Growth, together to reach company’s revenue target
– You will be serving several business units, targeting Pre K-12 Markets and Adult Professional Markets
– You will have direct access to interact and working closely with senior management level
