  • Scale and accelerate user growth across the business lines of Amanotes


  • Strategize and lead the implementation of our growth model by using paid, organic, and owned media channels to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way for different business model
  • Lead the creative strategy and implementation in line with user growth strategy
  • Own and build key user growth and revenue metrics
  • Mentor and guide a team of user acquisition specialists, creative analysts, and creative designers to upgrade their skills and develop a sustainable talent pipeline
  • Make sure the right data infrastructure and growth stack is in place
  • Evaluate, select, deploy, and manage new systems with the Infrastructure and Tech team
  • Inspire the company with bold, delightful ideas, test them iteratively, drill into results, and feed the learnings back into our product development loop


  • 5+ years of working experience in Performance Marketing (Google/Facebook/Other Ad networks)
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role
  • Solid understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem, MMPs, and developments of the industry
  • In-app marketing experience for driving deeper conversions
  • Experience in running experiments and building user flow and growth models
  • Proven track record running A/B tests, understanding customer needs, launching successful features, communicating results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication (English writing and speaking skills)
  • Hunger and humbleness for learning, sharing, teamwork, and self-development
  • High resilience and adaptability Love for music and music-related products
  • Proactiveness in learning and sharing knowledge
