The role:
With the continued growth and success of TGM Research, we are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to join our team. The position is for ambitious individuals; for someone who is independent, creative, proactive, results-driven and has a strong background in digital advertising, preferably on the agency side.
What you will do?
- Plan, create and manage PPC campaigns (brand, lead gen and acquisition) across a variety of channels and geographies
- Conduct keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding at the keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
- Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning.
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends
What kind of qualifications are needed?
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, FB Business suite and Google Tag Manager
- At least four years of experience as a paid search marketer or in the paid search space (digital agency environment preferred)
- Passionate about marketing and search marketing (obviously!)
- Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist (nice if you have one)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with research and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
Location: Offline in Vietnam or online (South-East Asia preferred).
