Responsibilities


The Technical Specialist (also known as Presales) is a key member of the Business Applications sales pursuit team and is a strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, sales & technical roadblock resolver displaying a growth mindset with deep functional and technical knowledge in the workload.

The following are the role responsibilities for the Microsoft Business Applications Technical Specialist:

  • Assist Business Applications Sales Specialists in RFP Response and in Envisioning Solution
  • Design Customer-centric Solution Aligned with Envisioned Solution & Business Value
  • Deliver a Customer-centric Demonstration
  • Work with Customer Success / Partner Team on Roadmap to success for our customers

To Deliver On Responsibilities In Helping Customers Grow Their Long-term Capabilities Through Increased Utilisation Of Microsoft Products, You Will Have The Following Traits And Abilities

  • Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the CRM/CX business applications space
  • Interest in getting hands-on in building compelling solutions using Microsoft technology for our customers
  • Organisational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling
  • Experience engaging with executives
  • Consultative Selling and Challenger mindset. Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer’s problems and being customer focused.
  • Experience and passion for learning; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefit.
  • Love Problem solving to help our customers remove roadblocks to success.
  • Being able to Articulate Business value of our solutions to our customers and stakeholders
