Summary
The Presentation Specialist will work with client stakeholders as well as Avetta’s team members from various departments to facilitate successful townhall web and in-person presentations, both with the client’s employees as well as the client’s supplier organizations. We are looking for someone who can drive excitement, engage meeting participants, simply explain processes, set expectations, deliver a consistent message, and relate information to specific audience groups.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Scheduling and organizing townhall meetings on behalf of clients, presenting to their employees and vendors
- Acting as primary presenter at events (must be comfortable and experienced presenting in large-audience in-person as well as video/web townhall format)
- Manage townhall attendee registrations, recordings, recap, and collateral
- Create agendas and presentations
- Coordinate speakers
- Present onboarding presentations and messaging
- Coordinate client-specific information with the Content Writer
Minimum Qualifications
- Charismatic personality and communications style
- Organizational skills
- Ability to clearly communicate
- Presentation experience
- Event planning experience a plus
- Candidate must display high energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance
- Professional phone/video presence and excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE (if Applicable)
- 2-5 years presentation, tradeshow/event, virtual event, public relations, or public speaking experience. Preferably in a Software/SaaS/Cloud Company
- Expertise in PowerPoint
- Comfortable using a variety of web/video presentation platforms
