Product Manager

Docosan is a health tech startup transforming the way people access healthcare in emerging markets and beyond. Founded by Harvard graduates and healthcare experts, Docosan is now the fastest growing digital health platform in Vietnam. With our cloud-based doctor booking platform, user-friendly features such as telemedicine and 24/7 chat, and home delivery of medicine and other healthcare goods, our mission is to take the stress out of healthcare.

We are looking for a Product Manager to deeply understand our users and identify opportunities for software development, own the development lifecycle, and bring our platform to the next level for consumers, merchants, and stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Maintain a deep understanding of Docosan’s users, the problems they face in healthcare and treatment, and their feedback and usage on our product
• Identify opportunities for software development solutions based on knowledge of the market and what is viable for the business
• Keep up to date with market trends, partner updates, and competitor developments
• Manage the product throughout the lifecycle: writing and prioritizing requirements, working closely with design to prototype and test, with developers to build and solve technical issues, with marketing to announce the launch, and with Business Intelligence to continuously evaluate the product’s impact
• Manage projects, timelines, and resources to ensure high quality, timely delivery
• Ensure deadlines are met and manage stakeholder expectations through effective communications

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a product management, development, marketing, design, or other related role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong people skills — you enjoy communicating with patient users, healthcare provider users, and multiple internal teams
• Experience surveying users and testing prototypes
• Experience writing technical documentation and working with development teams
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies a plus
• Design skills and a knowledge of design software a plus
• Comfortable in an ambiguous, intense, and high-growth startup environment
• A self starter with a can-do attitude who can take initiative to do what it takes to solve problems
• Excellent skills in written and spoken Vietnamese, and conversational English
