About the job
As a Product Marketing & Operation Manager, you will be a leader of 5 members where all team‘s responsibility is to run product marketing of Tiki Ads and admin tasks (contract, workflow, payment…). Are you ready to take the challenge and become a leader in MakeSense – Business Solution of Tiki?
The ratio of this JD will be 70% Product Marketing – 30% Administration. So, reporting to the Head of Make Sense Business Solutions, you will take charge of:
Product Marketing:
- Acquire more sellers/brands join Tiki Ads systems through events/ livestreams/ promotions or other awareness activities
- Training / Educating for both internal MakeSense team & external brands/ sellers for a better understanding of Ads system, then wisely improve ad spending per brand/ seller.
- Manage & control promotion budget to plan & use it effectively for recruiting new sellers & maintaining active seller purpose.
- Build & manage mass community channels to recruit, engage & educate sellers.
- Weekly review ads system to improve seller journey & UI/ UX.
- Work closely with the Product & Engineer team to develop Tiki Ads systems and maintain MKT & Operation features.
Administration:
- Work with external teams like: Finance & Vendor & Commercial team to manage financial tracking, including contract and payment.
- Work with the internal MakeSense Account team to ensure revenue recording process following commitment timeline & regulation.
- Other tasks for Package & Tiki Ads recording revenue.
- In charge of training internal teams about workflow & ads systems.
REQUIREMENT
- At least 3-5 years experience in Product Marketing in e-commerce platform
- Candidates from Coccoc, Google or other e-commerce platform ads… with ads knowledge are referred
- Business owner mindset, logical thinking from many perspectives (users, brands/ sellers, agencies, internal team,…)
- Detail-oriented person
- Helicopter view to manage tasks on-timing full
- Sharp solutions, effective budget & promotion control
